People Partner (HRBP)
Unlearn is looking for a People Partner (HRBP) to work as an individual contributor in partnership with the executive team and people managers to coach employees, drive engagement, and propel people related projects. This is a hands-on role that will be instrumental in designing thoughtful people-processes to propel our growth. Reporting to the Head of People, the ideal candidate must be a change agent, a master of the People craft, and someone who is passionate about making a significant impact on Unlearn’s core business. You must excel in a fast-paced, start-up, iterative, environment. You will be a trusted advisor both within the People organization, and across our company, to employees and leadership. Areas this role will deliver on are quite broad, such as onboarding, performance management, employee development, organizational design, total rewards, and employee relations. The People team at Unlearn is committed to driving a culture of transparency, innovation and continuous growth. To be successful, you will have deep experience working in innovative technology companies and be a hands-on communicator and storyteller.
