A FRESH approach to precision oncology decision-making

Precision oncology depends on answering questions that increasingly narrow datasets cannot resolve alone. This paper introduces FRESH modeling, which combines patient-level clinical and genomic data with published trial evidence to simulate trials, generate synthetic control arms, and compare treatments across specific populations with greater speed and confidence.
