Jack began his career at KPMG auditing publicly-traded companies and as a member of the Small Business Advisory Practice. He then ventured into investment banking, specializing in aircraft financings and M&A roles, managing transactions over $1.5 billion. His expertise in strategy, capital formation, operations, and M&A has been honed through serving as CFO and COO of various public and private companies across industries. Recently, his focus shifted towards venture-backed startups. Jack holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Chico, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
