Marco joins Unlearn as Chief of Staff after spending six and a half years at Robinhood scaling the company through hypergrowth. As an early employee, he assumed many roles across the company throughout his tenure, was a founding member of the Product Operations team, and Chief of Staff to one of the company co-founders. Prior to Robinhood, Marco spent nearly five years at Avascent (now Oliver Wyman) in the analytics department of their defense and aerospace practice. He holds a Masters in International Economics from Johns Hopkins and dual bachelors in Political Economics and Psychology from UC Berkeley.
